HS Armor Panels

HS Armor Ballistic Resistant FRP Panels provide military grade protection for your commercial, industrial, and residential applications. Constructed of multiple layers of fiberglass reinforcement in a proprietary low profile resin matrix, these composite panels have extraordinary impact resistance.

HS Armor pultruded fiberglass panels are available in three protective levels that correspond to the UL752 rating. All HS Armor panels are independently tested to meet the UL752 ballistic resistant performance standards.

Level 1 Nominal 1/4" thick 2.65 lbs/psf UL752 Level 1 Stops 9mm

Level 2 Nominal 3/8" thick 3.97 lbs/psf UL752 Level 2 Stops .357 Mag

Level 3 Nominal 1/2" thick 5.16 lbs/psf UL752 Level 3 Stops .44 Mag

Panel Widths 36" / 48" Panel Lengths 84" / 96" / 108" / 120"

 HS Armor Panels composite construction means they will never corrode and require minimal maintenance. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, Our ballistic resistant panels can be used to create a protective barrier wherever you need it. Panels can be fabricated with common carpentry tools and installed under wallboard or paneling to achieve virtually undetected protection.

HS Armor standard panels are 48" x 96" x 1/2" thick and weigh approx. 5 lbs per square foot. Standard color is bright white with a smooth paintable surface finish.
